Through the program, participants will gain practical skills in topics such as negotiation, marketing, and employee management that can immediately be put into action. In addition, they will receive the tools and professional support to develop a strategic and customized growth plan that will take their business to the next level.

Alumni Support

As soon as participants complete the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, they become part of an elite group of nearly 12,000 fellow business owners, and more than 250 right here in Iowa. The goal of the 10KSB Alumni Program is to continue supporting business growth and professional development. 
 
​Alumni have the opportunity to attend monthly webinars and virtual meet-ups, as well as quarterly in-person networking and clinics. Additionally, members of the 10KSB alumni community utilize an exclusive digital platform to network, get support, and grow their business with other alumni.
